What are special application pages?
Examples of special application pages are blogs, forums, photogalleries, and payment gateways. These pages are either written in detailed code, span multiple pages or require installation through a hosting platform. Although we can easily integrate all of these into your webdesign, there is an additional charge that will be quoted based upon the application needed.

What is the turn around time for my project?
Most website projects are quoted 1 month for completion, pending customer cooperation. Only the very extensive projects take longer, and the turn around time for those will be quoted along with pricing. However, though we quote 1 month, most times the website can be built within 3 weeks.*
*Mastiff Media will expedite sites for an additional charge if the project is urgent.

What is needed to start my project?
For website design and build services, payment of half is due up front to begin your project.
The remaining balance is due one month after acceptance and will be billed to you. For all other services such as SEO & web hosting, or products such as SSL certificates or domain names, payment is due up front.

What type of payment is accepted?
Mastiff Media, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover credit cards,
as well as business & personal checks*, money orders and cash (in person only please).
*A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any bounced checks issued to Mastiff Media, LLC.
